The Service is operated by AlgoEdge Trading ("AlgoEdge", "we", "us", or "our"). You can contact us through your Whop account. References to "you" or "User" mean any person who accesses or uses the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to use financial software and to trade leveraged products in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Service is lawful for you to use.
The Service provides automated trading software, algorithmic signals, and related educational content for informational and educational purposes only. AlgoEdge is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial adviser, fund manager, or any kind of regulated financial institution. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes, or should be relied upon as, financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, contract, currency, derivative, or other financial instrument.
You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made by you, at your sole discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any trade and for complying with the terms of any broker, exchange, or platform you use. You should consult an independent, appropriately licensed professional before making any financial decision.
Trading foreign exchange (forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), futures, indices, and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some, all, or more than your initial capital. Specifically, you acknowledge and accept that:
We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind regarding profitability, returns, accuracy, win rate, uptime, or results of any kind. Any figures, examples, or testimonials are illustrative only and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Individual results vary and many users may lose money.
The Service is sold on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or one-time ("lifetime") basis, processed through third-party platforms (including, without limitation, Whop and associated payment processors). By purchasing a subscription you authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Except where a non-waivable refund right is required by applicable law, all sales and subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including for partially used periods, unused access, dissatisfaction with results, or trading losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any statutory cancellation or "cooling-off" right by requesting immediate access to digital content upon purchase. Refund requests required by law must be submitted in writing to our support email.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the platform on which you purchased it (e.g. your Whop account). Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
The Service may connect to or rely on third-party platforms, brokers, exchanges, payment processors, communication tools, and software (such as MetaTrader). We do not control and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, fees, downtime, security, or policies of any third party. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and any disputes with them are solely between you and that third party.
All software, algorithms, code, content, branding, logos, and materials provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to AlgoEdge and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal trading. You may not: copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, share, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Service; share your account or access credentials; or use the Service to build a competing product. We may revoke your licence and access at any time for any breach.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose, not to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Service, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms us, other users, or any third party.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, title, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be available, secure, accurate, reliable, timely, or free of viruses, bugs, errors, or interruptions. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AlgoEdge, its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, suppliers, or contributors be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Service, your trading activity, server downtime, connectivity issues, technical interruptions, errors in signals or software, or any other cause, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AlgoEdge and its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your trading decisions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, market disruptions, exchange or broker outages, internet or hosting failures, cyber-attacks, power failures, government actions, or third-party service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your licence ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3–17) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer, you agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. You agree that any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AlgoEdge regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
